The room was clean and the bed was comfortable as expected. The carpet looked like new in my room. No squeaking of the bed when I moved in the bed here, haha. The front desk person when I checked in made me and another gentleman wait 10 minutes while she smoked her weed (I passed her in the car when I walked in and smelt it on her when she came in). Then she started to check in both of us at the same time and I know that when I swiped my card, the other person signed on my card. I will be checking my statement to make sure that I didn’t pay for his room also. No breakfast is served here but the rooms are set up with a full kitchen and there’s a food pantry to buy food to cook yourself. The location is in great proximity to Sioux Falls and Falls Park, only 4 miles away. I feel rested and ready to start my day for the first time in my week long trip. The person at the front desk when I checked out had the sign up that she was away so I left the key card on the desk only to have her come around the corner and have her wish me safe travels. Overall it was a nice stay.
Rooms are clean and in good order. The staff is friendly and professional. Location is decent - close in proximity to a Walmart and restaurants. The price is very modest for the quality of stay.
Me, my sister and my mom stayed here for a night and my mom was very impressed. The room was very clean and we had a whole kitchen which we hadn't expected, but an awesome surprise. We paid a bit more, 210 I believe but the man at the front desk was kind and explained it was because there were concerts and things happening so it was a bit more. Overall great stay, and will remember to stay once more whenever we visit Sioux falls again!
Outstanding! Amazing bed, very clean and quiet. We paid a small fee ($16) for our cat to stay and were able to do laundry on site. Excellent helpful staff. Hoping there are luggage carts by now, that was the only thing missing.
Beautiful rooms both the lady’s who checked me in were very nice and respectful. Bathrooms were clean and beds were soft and well made. I can’t express how much more I would recommend staying here and how appreciative that I could. Thank you my place.

Clean. Coffee. Comfortable beds. My only ding is for interstate highway noise. Others may appreciate the ability to get back to the highway easily.
Very clean hotel. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Rooms are set up well with a kitchen you can actually cook in. Recommend for long term stay. Close to everything you need. Walkable to many places, Walmart, restaurants and Mall. Enjoyed my stay and would choose again.
